Chained up dog

Hi,

I don’t know if I’m sending this email right since i don’t speak any Portuguese.

I was on holiday in Ericera, staying at rapture camps. Very lovely city but I couldn’t help noticing a poor dog just across the street, which was always tied up on a very short leash. No one ever seemed to take it for walks an when I spoke to one of the staff members they said that it had been there tied up for at least three years. I felt extremely sad for this poor dog and wanted to at least try to report it and make a change.
