<span style=”vertical-align: inherit;”><span style=”vertical-align: inherit;”>On CM1154 from just past Porches towards Navy beach and saw two horses and a young foal in a field on the right hand side that were extremely thin – their ribs and haunches were clearly visible and they didn’t seem to have any grazing. </span><span style=”vertical-align: inherit;”>I could not see if they had any water. </span><span style=”vertical-align: inherit;”>Are you able to help them or do you know an agency that can investigate please?</span></span>
