Terribly sorry that I don’t yet have the language skills to read and write all of this in Portuguese.  I am desperate to find out how to deal with barking dogs in my neighborhood.  I have talked to the owners in person several times, but they say the dogs do not ever bark; I have written pleas to the owners; I have talked to the policia; I am told that there is nothing to do….but when dogs are barking for several hours, without stopping, or when they are agitated by children teasing them as they walk past the dogs’ houses, this becomes cruelty to the dogs.  What can be done, please?   There are four dogs that bark from 6:30 am until 10 or 11 but a couple of them bark all night long.  Truly, they never stop.
